2025 Summer Internship Application

We’re thrilled that you are interested in becoming an intern at Unity Baptist Church! Interns will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of being a follower of Christ and experience personal growth in their relationship with Him. Through this internship, we aim to help you in your relationships, time management, communication, finances, and abilities. We’ll also help you identify areas in your life that God wants you to grow and work on. By taking on internship responsibilities, you’ll receive intentional leadership development in areas like attitude, conflict management and resolution, team building and leadership, program management, special event planning, and learning to communicate your purpose and vision. Interns, as available, will be part of all church and departmental staff meetings. We want to show you the ins and outs of church ministry to help prepare you for either a lifetime of vocational church ministry or volunteer church ministry.
